Professional Experience

Khiet Le Trinh has been working since 1999. She advises multinationals, local and regional companies as well as entrepreneurs in corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, consortiums, shareholder agreements, cross-border transactions as well as general corporate matters.

Additionally , she assists clients in matters related to estate planning, which includes preparation of wills, trust establishments and private interest foundations.

Khiet Le Trinh has contributed for several years in the preparation of the Doing Business report published by the World Bank, and she also works pro bono for Academia Forum, a non-profit boarding school certified by the Swiss organization International Baccalaureate.
